I know how overwhelming it can be to tackle an overflowing closet or decide what to do with clothes you no longer wear. That’s why I offer personalized, at-home services to help you decide what to keep, what to donate, and what to sell — while taking care of all the hard work for you.

Our Services

1) Consulting Session

Cost: $125 for the first hour, $100 for each additional hour

This package is perfect for clients who need guidance and expertise to figure out what items are worth selling and how to get started.

What’s included:

• One hour of personalized, hands-on consulting (additional hours available for purchase)
  
  
• Review of your closet or pre-sorted clothes to determine what can be sold
  
  
• Advice on which selling platforms will work best for each item
  
  
• Training on how to list items yourself — or, if you prefer, I can list them for you
  
  
• Answers to your questions about resale, pricing, and donation strategies (limited to session time)
  
  

If you decide to have me sell the items, I will refund your $125 fee for the first hour after that much is reached in profit. After this, you will keep 50% of all sales, and I retain a 50% commission if you decide to have me sell the items for you.

Out of state clients accepted with an additional travel fee if located more than 25 miles away from my storage facility. 

This option is ideal if you want to be involved in the process and learn how to manage your resale journey with expert guidance.

2) Full-Service Consignment

Cost: Free — No upfront fee!

Simply hand over a tote (or more) of clothes, and I’ll take care of everything.

What’s included:

• I sort through your items and select what’s best for resale
  
  
• Any items I don’t select will either be returned to you or donated on your behalf
  
  

                          If donated, you’ll receive a tax donation receipt by mail

• I professionally list and manage your items on the appropriate resale platforms
  
  
• Monthly commission payouts are sent on the 30th of each month
  
  
• Items will remain listed for six months. After that, unsold items will be either returned or donated based on your preference.
  
  

Out of state clients accepted, but the must pay to ship the items to me for sorting. I will cover any return shipping for unsold or unwanted items. 

Commission Structure:

You receive 40% of the selling price

I retain 60% for handling all aspects of the sale

3) Clean-Out & Donation Service

Cost: $35 (up to 4 totes)

Sometimes you just want it all gone quickly. With this service, I will:

• Come to your home and collect up to 4 totes of clothing or other items. I can provide the totes if needed.
  
  
• Donate everything on your behalf
  
  
• Provide a tax donation receipt
  
  
• Optionally, I can keep select items to resell for you if desired
  
  
• Local clients only 

 

This is a fast, affordable way to clear space and give back to the community.
